Our Besties
The wisdom in a chicken’s nature: the ability to find treasures where others see only dirt, and to hatch the future with the patience of the righteous.
Morosa
Morosa is a Silkie, an ancient Asian breed already mentioned by Marco Polo in his travels.
Eccentric and feisty, she’s the one who stands her ground against all the others. Her soft, fluffy plumage and oversized tuft give her a whimsical look that perfectly mirrors her personality. When it rains and her hair gets flattened, she can see more clearly becoming more focused and, surprisingly, even more likeable. She is a bold, unpredictable, and truly unforgettable character.
Mara
Mara is a Marans, a breed originally from the Atlantic coast of France, famous for its dark chocolate-colored eggs and its sturdy, resilient and adaptable nature.
Her true defining trait, however, is her affection for people: she constantly seeks out contact, leans into every pet, and will even ignore her food just to get a little more attention. Sweet and trusting, Mara has a natural way of being close to you, with a calm spirit that wins everyone over.
Egle
Egle is an Olive Egger, a cross between a Marans and an Araucana. She inherits her olive-green eggs from them: a natural blend of the deep brown and bright blue of her parent breeds.
Petite and sharp, Egle is incredibly intelligent, resourceful, and brave. She observes, understands, and acts without hesitation, proving that determination has nothing to do with size. Her unique and striking eggs are the perfect reflection of her vibrant spirit.
Olivia & Oliva
Olivia and Oliva are Australorp sisters, an Australian breed famous for its high and consistent production of light-colored eggs. While their black plumage with metallic green highlights makes them look alike, their personalities couldn’t be more different.
Olivia is a natural leader: confident, decisive, and ready to take on any situation. Oliva, on the other hand, is more timid and introverted, preferring to observe from a distance and move with a gentle touch. Together, they represent two complementary ways of being, held together by kindness and balance.
Arabella
Arabella is an Araucana, an ancient breed from the Chilean Andes, famous for its naturally pale blue eggs. Small, hyperactive, and always hungry, she is both a passionate foodie and a tireless marathon runner. She runs, explores, and never slows down, tackling every day with energy and curiosity. The sky-colored eggs she lays are the perfect reflection of her unique personality.
